Where are we?
Our bike rental, sales, and repair shop, BICI N’ROSES, is located at Avenida de la Playa 70, in the Santa Margarida neighborhood of Roses, Spain. https://maps.app.goo.gl/cyy7MDGPk5q94qtW8 You can park for free in the SPAR supermarket car park right next door, or in the streets around Plaça de l'Estel, 100 meters from the shop.

High season
Open 7 days a week
Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. / 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Low season
Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. / 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday and Sunday: Closed

Is it necessary to make a reservation in advance?
During peak season, we strongly recommend that you reserve your bike in advance at https://bici-n-roses.lokki.rent/fr or by phone at +34 694 24 65 40 as stocks are limited and Roses is very busy in summer!
Outside of high season, you can usually come directly to the shop.
What are the rental rates?
We offer rentals of "muscle-powered" bikes (i.e., without electric assistance), city bikes, and mountain bikes, as well as electric-assisted bikes (city bikes and mountain bikes), trailers for children or dogs, child seats, and more.
Rental prices depend on the model chosen and the rental period.

How long does a bike rental last?
We offer our bikes and accessories for a minimum rental period of 4 hours.
You can also rent our bikes for 1 day, 2 days, or more, with no limits and according to your needs!
For example, we offer a preferential rate for renting a "muscle" bike at €99/6 days or an electric bike at €199/6 days. More information at https://bici-n-roses.lokki.rent/fr
What is included in the rental price?
Regardless of the bike you choose, we provide the following at no extra cost:
- 1 helmet that fits your size
- 1 anti-theft device
- 1 phone holder on demand
- 1 basket for bikes that are already equipped, or tensioners to secure your bags to the luggage rack
- For electric bikes rented for more than 24 hours, we will of course provide you with a battery charger.
Do you have any ideas for bike rides in the area?
We know the region well and can offer you cycling routes tailored to your level (paper maps, routes on Google Maps, Komoot, etc.).
Aiguamolls Natural Park, Empuriabrava, the beaches of Canyelles and Almadrava, Calas Montjoi and Joncols, Cadaqués, etc.
To prepare for your walks, we also recommend these two apps:

Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes, of course! We have a vehicle equipped to deliver your bike(s) directly to your vacation spot in Roses and within a 25 km radius.

Do you also offer a bicycle repair service?
A well-maintained bike is a bike that lasts a long time!
In addition to our bike rental and sales service in Roses, we also offer a maintenance and repair service: punctures, chain and/or derailleur replacement and adjustment, brake pad replacement, tires, accessory installation, etc.

Who is responsible if the bike is stolen or damaged?
We provide you with a suitable lock and all the recommendations for taking care of the bike. We ask that you return it to us in the same condition as when you picked it up.
In the event of damage due to an accident, loss, theft, or misuse, you will be responsible for the repair and/or replacement costs.
Good news: your liability insurance or credit card insurance often covers this type of situation, so be sure to check before you rent!
How to choose the right bike?
Choosing the right bike will allow you to fully enjoy the Roses region and the Costa Brava! First, decide how you will use it: riding in town, on roads, or on steep trails? Family outings or athletic adventures?
- Mountain bike: ideal for visiting Roses or neighboring villages, with a comfortable riding position, basket, and luggage rack. Available with or without electric assistance.
- Mountain biking: perfect for the trails of Cap de Creus, with or without electric assistance.
Finally, electric or muscle-powered bike? Electric assistance allows you to go further and climb hills effortlessly. Our muscle-powered bikes are lighter and more economical. All our bikes are serviced and checked before each rental. Enjoy the Bay of Roses with peace of mind!
What accessories are available at BICI N'ROSES?
For every bike rented, we provide you with a helmet, lock, and phone holder free of charge.
We also offer the following for rent:
- Child seats (for children aged 9 months to 6 years and/or weighing up to 22 kg)
- Two-seater child trailers (5-point harness, up to 45 kg total)
- A basket for small dogs (up to 6 kg), to be placed on the luggage rack
- A dog trailer (up to 45 kg)
What languages are spoken at BICI N'ROSES?
We are French living in Spain, and we welcome you in French, Spanish, and English.
What should I do if I get a flat tire during my rental?
Our bikes are checked in the workshop before each departure. In case of a flat tire, call us directly at +34 694 24 65 40 We offer a pick-up service for a flat fee of €30 including tax (excluding spare parts). Please move to a road that is accessible to our van, and we will come to your aid as quickly as possible.
